He is a Chartered Accountant and a Law Graduate, having more than 27 years of professional and industry experience. He has also passed final examination of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (CMA) and Information System Audit course of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India [DISA (ICAI)] and CAAT.
He trains people across all designations (entry level to CXOs). His programs cover key finance and important Legal topics including GST, Finance for Non-finance Managers, Financial Statements Analysis, Financial Modeling, Risk Analysis, Investment & Retirement Planning and Process Excellence.
He has authored a book on GST published by ICAI and he has jointly authored books on "VAT”, and have created many training manuals. He is a regular guest speaker at various forums and finance- consulting panel meets on subjects like VAT, GST, Service Tax, Internal Audits and P2P.He is regularly consulted by industry associations to consult senior people including finance heads from billion dollar companies, on various aspects of Indian Laws.
