With the growing number of female employees, sexual harassment at the workplace have also increased drastically over a period of time. In order to have a safe working environment, where trust and respect exist for both men and women and also to maintain own and company’s reputation, POSH (Vishakha Act and details of POSH Act 2013) has been introduced and made mandatory for all employees.

POSH, an act to provide protection against sexual harassment of women at workplace and for the prevention and redressal of complaints of sexual harassment and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto, plays a major role in creating awareness among fellow employees and other co-workers too.
