Men and women have to co-exist in a work or social environment. Both genders have the requisite capabilities to complement each other to succeed at work in tandem. Various social mindsets and prejudices exist that create a gap between them. True understanding and sensitization is necessary for a bridge to be formed between them in order to give a seamless regulated ecosystem.
