The ability to communicate is quite dependent on one’s ability to hear the other person out. Most people listen to reply rather than understand. Most people only retain a fraction of what is said to them, but with impactful communication, you're more likely to have an effect on those you are communicating with. In order to persuade and influence people, effective communication should be developed as an art. The program covers non-verbal communication, email writing, empathetic listening and corporate etiquettes which helps in having a magnetic persona.
